HI! I’m Hannah Martin & I am serving as the Summit Charter FFA Chapter Sweetheart 💗. I strive to continue to grow our chapter, and make a good impact on every person I meet. In the past three years, I have served our chapter as the sweet heart & president, I have also participated in various speaking contests. I spend my time being apart of the softball, color guard and cheer team at SCHS. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our chapter & myself as well!

Hi! My name is Joyce Zimmerman and I am this year’s Summit Collegiate FFA sentinel. I am looking forward to meeting new people and helping our chapter grow. I’ve enjoyed participating in speaking competitions, state conference, and showing livestock at our local fair. Outside of FFA, I enjoy playing instruments and spending time with my friends. I am thrilled for this upcoming year in FFA and excited for all the new opportunities and experiences!

Hello everyone! I’m Caydince Huston, your Summit FFA Chapter Treasurer! This year I’m looking forward to financial success, fun activities, and meeting all of you. To tell you a bit about myself, this will be my fourth year in Ag and third year as a Chapter officer. I’ve competed in numerous competitions such as Impromptu, Opening and Closing, and Prepared Speech. I’ve won Outstanding Reporter and Outstanding Treasurer in Opening and Closing; been to California State Conferences 2023 and 2024; attended leadership conferences; and I’ve been a delegate for our Sequoia Section and California State elections. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us!

Hello everyone, my name is Elias Gurrola, I am this school year’s Vice President! I am looking forward to getting to meet everyone and encouraging you all to participate in all the fun things FFA has to offer. I have participated as a Chapter Historian, Opening and Closing Team, BIG, State Conference Delegate and Sectional Delegate, and showed meat rabbits at fair. I am excited to help you in any way I can and have a wonderful time with you all this year!

Hi! I’m Nate Diaz, your FFA historian. I’m looking forward to State Conference, Opening and Closing, and all of the competitions. I’ve competed in Opening and Closing, gone to State conference 2024, showed at fair, been to many FFA meetings, and have experience in agriculture on my land at home. My SAE this year will be showing another animal. I’m so excited to serve you this year as your chapter historian!

Hello everyone! My name is Zoie Wagster and I am your 2024-2025 SCHS FFA Chapter Reporter 📸. My duties include running our social media, making flyers, and much more. This year I am excited to help our chapter grow, not only through social media but in real life as well. I was your 2023-2024 Chapter Sentinel so I hope to continue to welcome new people into our FFA family! I’ve been to various conferences such as GLC, COLC, the 2023 State Conference, and the 2024 State conference. I’ve competed in 3 different competitions which I hope to add onto this year. I raised and sold Meat rabbits at the porterville fair and am looking forward to doing it again as my SAE. Outside of school I love shopping, being with friends and family, and listening to Lana Del Rey. I can’t wait for this FFA school year! 💙💛

Hi! My name is Samantha Perez and I’m this years Summit FFA Chapter Secretary. I’m so excited to help the chapter grow much more this year and help everyone find their place in FFA! In the past three years I’ve been the Chapters Treasurer and Reporter along with participating in showing a hog at fair and getting the opportunity to go to trips and competitions! Outside FFA I’m also apart of the Volleyball and Cheer team. I’m so excited to be able to serve for my last year at Summit!

Hey Summit FFA!! I’m Alyssa Peña and I have the pleasure to serve as your 2024-2025 Chapter President. A little bit about me: I love hanging out with my friends and spending time outside and listening to country music. I am also on the Junior Fair Board this year. My passion for FFA is big, and I hope to continue to grow that passion into a career in agriculture 🌱💛. This would be my third and last year serving on the officer team. My SAE projects have all consisted of showing livestock 🐇🐑 🐐at Porterville Fair and this year TCF. Another one of my projects just this summer was being at an internship of Mechanized Ag 🚜🔧through COS. Some of the competitions I have participated in are Opening and Closing with my officer team and Job Interview.I am thrilled to be leading our chapter this year, can’t wait to share unforgettable memories and new experiences with y’all!
